Well seriously with bigger issues like corruption, education, health and poverty followed by crisis lingering in our so called forever-developing nation and not to forget the millions of pending cases, our Supreme Court has made GAY SEX the fundamental issue for the week, may be for the month!!!! Why !!!
First of all an adult has the right to do what-so-ever he/she likes to do in a democracy...That's what I can gather up when I bicker out some old stuffs studied during my school days from my memory lane...

I mean making laws, and re-framing them again and amending them further and then bringing up another new amendment, I know seriously India faces a great crisis of law-makers but vandalizing with HUMAN EMOTIONS isn't that a crime, Mr, Miss and Mrs. Lawmakers???
Whether an individual is homosexual or heterosexual, no one has the RIGHT to harass or mentally torture that person unnecessarily, or has the highest law making ( read amending) body forgotten its own Preamble and the Constitution?

The economic loss this nation has faced today because of this sarcastic joke (read verdict) makes me wonder whether to laugh or cry as I redeem over the fact of being Independent and living in the largest democracy...Seriously, Law Makers GROW UP !!!!
